Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Dianne Welsh, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer has spent nearly 30 years working with Federal, state, and local policymakers and service administrators to conduct research translation and communication efforts, program evaluation, policy research, and information systems design and management.
Ms. Welsh uses her extensive Federal contracting experience to guide the full range of CSR activities, including using the latest information technology to develop databases and Web-based tools for strategic planning and research information management; overseeing meeting and conference management activities; and developing education and communications products for the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Justice, the White House, and other clients. Her career highlights include producing award-winning radio and television public service annoucements and the development of internationally recognized publications.
As an early enthusiast of e-Learning, Ms. Welsh helped a client develop one of the first Web-based training tools in alcohol screening and brief treatment for use by doctors and nurses. Ms. Welsh received a B.A. in social psychology from American University.
